What we offer
1. Preparing of an inventory list.
2. Maid services – twice a week.
3. Laundry of bed linens and towels – once a week.
4. Consumer materials for bathroom and WC – twice a week.
5. Payment of utility bills (electricity, water, heating, cable TV, security system etc.) at owner’s expense.
6. Payment of local taxes and fees – at owner’s expense.
7. Renting out the property to third parties for long and short terms.
8. Marketing and advertising of the property.
9. Monthly report of the property state: e-mailed once a month
Our requirements
1. General property insurance
2. Preferably the property should have a security alarm system connected to a security company.
3. The property must be fully furnished and fitted with all necessary items. We require a certain standard of furnishing for a property to be let.
Price
1. When we rent out your property on short term basis you pay a fixed annual fee of 300 euro due in advance when the contract is signed and 25% of the gross income every month.
2. When we rent out your property for periods longer than six month you pay us 50% of the first month rental and 10% from the monthly rental after that.
We reserve the right not to accept a certain property for servicing.
LETTING ONLY
What we offer
1. Renting out the property to third party for long and short terms.
2. Marketing and advertising of the property.
Our requirements
1. General property insurance.
2. Preferably the property should have a security alarm system connected to a security company.
3. The property must be fully furnished and fitted with all necessary items. We require a certain standard of furnishing for a property to be let.
4. An authorized person will be available 24 hours a day to assist to clients who have rented your property and help them with everything needed.
Price
1. When we rent out your property on short term basis you pay 15% of the gross income every month.
2. When we rent out your property for periods longer than six month you pay us 50% of the first month rental.
We reserve the right not to accept a certain property for servicing.
