Arrival procedure and payment



Your e-mail booking confirmation contains all details for the check-in and guidelines for your arrival. Please print the confirmation and take it with you, it contains all the information you need about the arrival. If you were unable to provide your estimated time of arrival while placing the booking, please let us know when you expect to arrive no later than three days  prior to your arrival date. This enables us to ensure you can check in propmtly upon arrival.

On the day of arrival, the property will be available as from 14:00 o’clock

The price for the stay in the apartment has to be paid by the client in CASH upon arrival unless otherwise agreed in writing with the management.

The property has to be evacuated at 12:00 o’clock on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the management.

The client is obliged to return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period.

The minimum stay for each apartment is three nights, unless specified otherwise in the description of the apartment. For special events (such as New Year), the minimum length of stay may be increased.


During your stay
 
Needless to say you are expected to treat the accommodation you are renting and all of its equipment with care. Any specific rules and regulations of the accommodation and its surroundings have to be respected at all times. You are also expested to be considerate of and behave respectfully towards your neughbours. If any damage is done to the accommodation or its equipment, please contact the owner or the guardian immediately, so that repairs can be taken care of immediately.
 
Cleaning
 
The accomodation will be cleaned prior to your arrival and twice a week during your stay and the bed linens will be changed prior to your arrival and once a week during your stay. When leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. We can arrange for the accommodation to be cleaned more often during your stay for an additional fee of 10 euro per cleaning.
 

Number of guests
  
The client will inform Prime Rentals of the number of guests included in the booking. Unless otherwise agreed by Prime Rentals, only the number of persons indicated by the client in the booking shall be authorised to use the accommodation. The number of persons who can use the accommodation may not exceed the number of persons allocated for each accommodation, excepting children less than three years of age. In the event of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, Prime Rentals is entitled to require you to leave the accommodation, and you will have rescinded any right to compensation.
 

Amendments
 
In the event that Prime Rentals cannot provide you, the client, with the particular apartment that was booked, Prime Rentals will endeavour to find accommodation of similar characteristics subject to availability. In these circumstances you, the client will not be required to pay more than stated in the original booking. In the event that no agreement can be reached as to alternative accommodation, a full refund will be made by Prime Rentals. Prime Rentals will not be liable for further claims by the client.


Other conditions
 
In the event that substancional damage occurs on, or to a property, as a result of the inadvertent or deliberate action of clients, repair or rectification of such damage will be fully chargeable to the client's account and Prime Rentals reserves the right to immediately vacate the property in question.


Liabilities
 
Neither Prime Rentals nor the owner of the accommodation shall be liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence of your use of the accommodation, including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fire, robbery or criminal behaviour.
We endeavour to ensure that our clients have a safe and enjoyable stay during their visit in Sofia. However, we cannot be help responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages involving or caused by clients during their stay at one of our properties.

All accommodation descriptions and information is supplied by the apartments featured. Whilst Prime Rentals do their utmost to maintain accuracy and to check details wherever possible, Prime Rentals cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions that may arise.
Prime Rentals also reserve the right to change information published on the site at any time including rates, descriptions and photographs. Prime Rentals makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on this web site.
Prime Rentals reserves the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required and as may be in line with the company's business. The onus is placed on all parties, using the site, to undertake adeqate measures to ensure that they visit any such terms and conditions on a regular basis. By agreeing to use this site, it is implied that any such changes are accepted by any such third party and, that any such third party undertakes to comply with any such changes.
